TNT’s Falling Skies and CraveOnline Invade E3 with Custom Online and Offline …

Evolve Media’s CraveOnline Media (,
the largest online male lifestyle publisher, announced today its
upcoming plans for an all new online and offline destination surrounding
E3 2013: Crave Invasion, sponsored by TNT’s Falling Skies,
located just outside of the Los Angeles Convention Center from June
11-13, 2013. This is the first event to kick off CraveOnline’s
partnership with Falling Skies, which will continue with a
Comic-Con event in July.

Carrying on its successful three-year run at E3–including 2011’s world
record-breaking event–CraveOnline returns to its location at the
intersection of 12th and Figueroa, just across the street
from the West Hall of the Los Angeles Convention Center. Providing
guests with a custom sci-fi experience, the Crave Invasion tent will be
open to the public from 10am to 8pm daily.

Upon entering the tent, attendees will immediately be immersed into the
post-apocalyptic world of Falling Skies. Crave “Invaders” can
make use of the “Alien Invasion” green screen photo booth, which
produces photos that are both instantly printable and socially sharable.
The images will also be gathered into a mosaic and featured on a giant
80-inch monitor inside the tent. Images will be featured on TNT’s Falling
Skies website (,
as well.

Meanwhile, the “Alien Refuge” charging station provides an
answer to low battery life with multiple units to charge all kinds of
mobile devices. While waiting, guests have a plethora of entertainment
options, starting with the GameRevolution Gaming Lounge, where they can
battle it out to a variety of games. However, if it’s more Falling
Skies they crave, the charging station provides two large TVs
featuring the show’s season three trailer, as well as six iPADs loaded
with the Falling Skies app.

To keep the invasion energy high, DJs will be spinning tunes outside
where attendees can purchase food from a variety of LA’s well-known food
trucks. Also present will be the ever-popular CraveOnline Girls, who
will have transformed into post-alien invasion babes. While at the tent,
participants are encouraged to enter the Crave Invasion raffle for a
chance to win prizes such as Falling Skies swag, gift cards, or
free lunches from the event’s participating food trucks.

For users at home, all of the action from E3 and Crave Invasion will be
brought back to the Falling Skies and TNT branded custom
destination, running on CraveOnline, GameRevolution, and Destructoid.
The CraveOnline on-site content team–consisting of over fifteen
editors–will be reporting live updates from E3, touting the biggest
highlights from the convention, while Crave hosts will share the latest
news from inside the Crave Invasion tent. The online destination will
house event videos, photos, all of CraveOnline’s social media updates,
and more!
