I need some MAJOR help

I dunno if I can classify this as "major", but I recently purchased 2 baby dumbo rattehs. Ivy (the runt) is nervous, and tries to jump off me when I am holding her. They are about 51 days old, and so sweet, but I'm worried Ivy is going to hurt herself. How do I bond with her so she doesn't jump away?
