I'm teaching preschool now and a couple of weeks ago we learned the letter R. The kids had to think of R words and I told them that my favorite R word was my pet. They all guessed it was a rabbit and then I showed them pictures of the rats. They thought they were cute. Then yesterday little Mia was crying because her mommy was late picking her up. I asked her if holding the picture of baby Pip would mak her feel better. She stopped crying as soon as I gave her the picture. It was so cute.
